In LOGAN Valuation, we would like to express our appreciation to Álvaro Jaramillo for his outstanding participation in our 2023 retreat at the Estelar Hotel in Cartagena, Colombia. In addition to sharing ideas about LAREV, an initiative in which Álvaro and LOGAN are actively involved, Álvaro provided insights into the institutional real estate investment market in Latin America, offering a unique perspective on opportunities and challenges in the region for the coming years.
We value Álvaro’s commitment to the industry, as well as his dedication and willingness to share his expertise with us. His participation has proven to be a significant asset in our mission to educate our team in order to provide high-quality information and advice in the field of valuation and the real estate sector to all our clients in the region.
