Diana M. Tibaduiza, MSF is the Managing Director of the Caribbean territory and the leader of the Hotel Valuation Practice for LOGAN in Latin America. She also is a Candidate for Designation at the Appraisal Institute (MAI) and completed her Masters Degree in Spain. She has completed over a 1,000 valuations and market studies in the region, which include notable luxury beachfront resorts and boutique all inclusive hotels.
LOGAN covers all commercial asset types including office, industrial, logistic, retail, resort residential , land, hotel, healthcare – hospital, multifamily, self-storage, and has offices in Bogota, Mexico City, Lima, and Costa Rica. Products offered include real estate portfolio valuation, real estate fund valuation, commercial real estate appraisal, office and industrial market studies, property condition assessments (PCAs), real estate consulting reports, among others.
