Functions

Support and conduct real estate asset valuations, ensuring compliance with internal, legal, and client-specific requirements while guaranteeing institutional client satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Conduct property valuations, adhering to standards and ensuring quality: Prepare comprehensive, accurate, and high-quality reports, meeting agreed timelines and avoiding revisions or rework.
  • Ensure reliable information: Monitor the market, create, and maintain updated databases of sales, costs, and rentals, and gather relevant valuation data.
  • Analyze and interpret information: Review cost analyses, income comparisons, and other variables to reach accurate valuation conclusions.
  • Plan and organize work: Develop schedules, track progress, and ensure timely completion of planned objectives.
  • Perform inspections: Examine properties under review to obtain precise and complete data.
  • Stay updated: Study valuation methodologies and standards, proactively seeking relevant information for the role.
  • Ensure valuation standards compliance: Prepare control documents (Market Trend Report, Check List, etc.), gather client requirements, and conduct meetings to understand their needs.
  • Manage client relationships: Maintain constant communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and meet their expectations.

Bachelor’s or Licentiate degree from the College of Economic Sciences, preferably in Economics, Finance, or Commercial Engineering.

1 year in real estate asset valuation, preferably in commercial, residential, or industrial properties.
