Since 2023 LOGAN has begun working in Caribbean and has an operating company which is founded in the region. This has allowed LOGAN Caribbean to obtain the required certifications to perform valuation or appraisal services in Dominican Republic – Caribbean Islands.
Bryan Dragoo, MAI, MRICS oversees the expansion of the Caribbean office. Diana Tibaduiza is currently in charge of expansion within the region and is responsible for operations and marketing.
The principal market area of the Caribbean office includes the entirety of the region – including areas such as Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico, Turks and Caicos, British Islands, Virgin Islands, Saint Maarten, Antigua and Barbuda, Barbados, Saint Lucía, among others.
