The Central America Resort Residential Division offers appraisals and consulting of hospitality (hotels and resorts), custom homes, condominium units, residential lots, master planned communities, and other property types.
The division is focused mainly on the resort markets of Central America including Papagayo, Tamarindo, Jaco, Roatan, Panama, Belize, among others.
Often, resort residential reports are used for foreign financing or tax purposes, are written in English, and clients tend to be foreign individuals.
