The office is currently in the process of being developed. Carlos Neuhaus REPEV, Managing Director of LOGAN Peru, manages the expansion of the office and is a candidate for admission to the Appraisal Institute in the United States. The future Chile office is also Regulated by RICS a designation of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (UK).

The principal market area of the Chile office is the entirety of the country – including cities such as Santiago, Puente Alto, Antofagasta, Vina del Mar, and Valparaiso among others.
