LOGAN Peru is a qualified team of appraisers, architects, and engineers who are organized into focus groups based on asset classes. By doing so, each focus group has deep market knowledge and experience in their particular asset class. Carlos Neuhaus REPEV, Managing Director, manages the office and is a candidate for admission to the Appraisal Institute in the United States. The Peru office is also Regulated by RICS a designation of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (UK).

The principal market area of the Peru office is the entirety of the country – including cities such as Cusco, Callao, Arequipa, Trujillo and others. Secondary markets include Chile, Argentina, Paraguay, and Uruguay.
