LOGAN Venezuela offers valuation and consulting services to institutional clients such as real estate funds, and covers all major asset classes including office, industrial, retail, and hospitality.
Since 2022 LOGAN has begun working in Venezuela and has an operating company which is founded in the country. This has allowed LOGAN Venezuela to obtain the required certifications to perform valuation or appraisal services in the country.
Bryan Dragoo, MAI, MRICS oversees the expansion of the Venezuela office. Arq. Fran Moreno is currently in charge of expansion within the country and is responsible for operations and marketing.
The principal market area of the Venezuela office includes the entirety of the country – including cities such as Caracas, Valencia, Maracay, Puerto La Cruz, Margarita, Barinas, Barquisimeto, and Maracaibo.
