LOGAN would like to announce the beginning of coursework for Karen Gomez at the Appraisal Institute of the United States, considered to be the most prestigious appraisal institution in the world. Karen has worked with LOGAN since 2014 and is now the subdirector within the Colombia office.
Karen has specialized in the valuation of office, industrial and special property types. The currently is overseeing the teams of office, industrial, residential, and has appraisal credentials for 13 categories under the RAA (the appraisal certification of Colombia). Karen has also participated in the design and implementation of market studies for industrial parks, offices, and hospitals in Colombia.
Further, Karen has extensive experience with Argus Enterprise and Argus Developer, and has modeled complex valuations with multiple tenants and cash flows. She is the in the process of helping form the valuation teams and is specialized in portfolio valuation for real estate funds in the Latin American region.
