Furthermore, we emphasize the significance of fostering collaborations with third parties to enhance our industry and ensure its sustainable growth. Innovation stands as a key piece in the hotel sector, urging us to reinvent ourselves, demonstrate adaptability, and strengthen our resilience.

In recent years, we have witnessed an accelerated digital transformation in the travel and hospitality industry that has completely changed how businesses operate and engage with customers. Since 2019, the importance of digital transformation has become even more apparent. Companies have had to adapt to a constantly evolving environment driven by changes in consumer behavior and technological advancements. This shift has been vital to staying competitive and providing exceptional travel experiences.

However, implementing digital transformation strategies has not been without challenges. Companies have had to contend with resistance to change, a lack of digital talent, data security, and the necessary investment.
