- Support property valuation processes by collecting, organizing, and validating relevant information
- Analyze basic financial and market data (costs, income, comparables) to support valuation conclusions
- Maintain and update databases of real estate market information (sales, rents, costs)
- Assist in the preparation of draft valuation reports under supervision
- Support the development of basic financial analyses and simple models
- Conduct property inspections and gather relevant data
- Assist in the preparation of control documents (Market Trend Report, Checklists, etc.)
- Provide operational support in valuation projects

Bachelor’s degree or recent graduate in Economics or Finance
- Desirable specialization in real estate valuation (SEP).
- For Licentiates: Must be registered and hold a license from the College of Economic Sciences of Costa Rica to practice as a professional in the economic and financial field.
- Professional license is not required at entry level
- Desirable interest or basic training in real estate valuation
