LOGAN has successfully completed the valuation of Ellis Capital Limited’s Cardinal Tulum project. It is located in Tulum, Mexico. It is a residential portfolio project. It was developed in 2021.
It consists of 42 total units, divided into 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom lock-off and 3-bedroom lock-off apartments in a total of 3 levels, built with high-end and sustainable materials, where 50% of the vegetation in the development will be preserved.
In addition to sustainability, this development will have the philosophy on which it is built: slow living.
