Functions

Support the valuation of residential and commercial real estate assets by collecting, analyzing, and synthesizing technical and market information, ensuring the quality of deliverables, meeting deadlines, and satisfying institutional clients.

 

  • Perform property valuations while meeting standards and ensuring quality: Prepare complete, accurate, and high-quality reports, adhering to agreed timelines and avoiding rework or returns.
  • Ensure reliable information: Monitor the market, create and maintain updated databases of sales, costs, rents, and gather relevant information for valuations.
  • Analyze and interpret information: Review cost analyses, income comparisons, and other variables to reach accurate value conclusions.
  • Plan and organize work: Develop schedules, monitor progress, and fulfill plans to achieve established objectives.
  • Conduct inspections: Inspect properties under study to obtain precise and comprehensive data.
  • Update knowledge: Learn and study valuation methodologies and standards and proactively seek relevant information for the role.
  • Comply with valuation standards: Prepare control documents (Market Trend Report, Checklists, etc.), gather client requirements, and hold meetings to understand their needs.
  • Manage clients: Maintain constant communication with clients to ensure their satisfaction and meet their expectations.

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Engineering, or related fields.

At least 1 year of experience in real estate appraisals in Mexico, including practical experience in architectural surveys and preparation of technical reports.
