LOGAN would like to announce the successful hosting of a networking cocktail event held with Colcapital on November 25th in Bogota. The event brought together some of the most important real estate investors and fund managers in Colombia. LOGAN presented some slides from its Real Estate Investment Report 2022 Colombia. Some of the topics that were covered were the dramatic rise in interest rates, and the impact it has had on real estate investment – specifically in the TIRs and cap rates in which real estate is currently being traded.
