LOGAN would like to announce the presentation of the Real Estate Investment Report Peru for 2022. The report was presented to the participants of the survey, who are industry leaders in institutional real estate in Peru. Some of the topics that were covered were the dramatic rise in interest rates, and the impact it has had on real estate investment – specifically in the TIRs and cap rates in which real estate is currently being traded. The report touches on all asset classes including office, industrial, retail, hotel and development.
Periodically, LOGAN presents its series of real estate investment reports which are designed to foster conversation and produce a range of consensus of discount rates, cap rates, and other investment metrics. 2022 represents the 4th investment report produced by LOGAN in Peru.
