LOGAN would like to announce the beginning of coursework for David Yepes at the Appraisal Institute of the United States, considered to be the most prestigious appraisal institution in the world. David has worked with LOGAN since 2014 and is now the Director and head of the Central America office.
David specialized in industrial valuation while in Bogota and built the current team that manages industrial appraisals currently in the country. Also has participated in the design and implementation of market studies for industrial park developers in Colombia and Costa Rica.
Further, has extensive experience with Argus Enterprise and modelling complex industrial valuations with multiple tenants and contracts. Currently David is the Director of the Costa Rica office and oversees operations in the Central America region for LOGAN. He is in the process of building the valuation and consulting team – and is focused on appraisals for investment funds or SAFIs in the region.
