LOGAN Mexico appraised a medium sized-beachfront hotel in Tulum, Mexico for the purpose of a refinancing. The project plan includes a thorough renovation and construction of new phases. Tulum is in the process of a significant growth period – and there are many new hotel and resort projects in development and re-development. It is currently one of the hottest destinations in Latin America and boasts high occupancy rates and ADRs.

LOGAN works with owners and developers of hotel projects in Mexico and Latin America. We have done appraisals of hotel and resort portfolios and PCAs (Property Condition Assessment) or property condition assessments for hotels in Mexico, Colombia, Costa Rica, and other countries.
