Frandward is the Managing Director of LOGAN Venezuela, a company specializing in property valuation, appraisals, and real estate consulting focused on institutional clients, developers and/or builders, real estate funds, insurance companies, financial institutions, and other stakeholders (brokers – real estate agents), among others.
A graduate of the Central University of Venezuela with a professional degree in Architecture, he has worked on the development and execution of various projects. His experience has allowed him to specialize in valuations and technical studies both within and outside the country. Some of these projects include ASAPROVE, SOITAVE – currently in progress in Venezuela, and international projects such as RAA in Colombia and ASTM in the USA.
In Colombia, he has worked as a specialist valuing land for master plans and urban developments for major developers and private equity funds focused on the construction of large residential and mixed-use projects. These valuations have served as support for permitting, decision-making, and Joint Ventures among private sector participants and some municipal authorities. Additionally, he has provided technical advice with reports on PCA (Property Condition Assessment) and ESA (Environmental Site Assessment) for significant groups of investors, banks, and auditors involved in the acquisition and management of hotels, clinics, various healthcare facilities, and residential properties in Latin America.
