Responsibilities

About the Role
As a Real Estate Market Consulting Analyst, you will join the Market Consulting team to support the execution of market studies and consulting projects by collecting, validating, organizing, and analyzing real estate market information. You will contribute to market research, site inspections, and the analysis of market data and macroeconomic indicators to produce studies and reports that support strategic decision-making for our clients while developing your technical and professional skills in a collaborative and learning-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct site inspections and market visits to collect relevant market information.
  • Research, validate, and document market information and comparable data.
  • Organize and analyze information to support market studies and consulting projects.
  • Analyze market data and macroeconomic indicators to support market studies and reports.
  • Prepare databases, reports, and executive presentations.
  • Organize and maintain physical and digital project documentation.

COP $2,312,200 monthly (Total Gross Compensation)

On-site | Monday to Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.; Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Marketing, Finance, International Business, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Courses or certifications in Power BI, data analysis, or data visualization (preferred).
  • Courses in market research or related analytical tools (preferred).
  • Recent graduate or up to two (2) years of professional experience.
  • Experience in consulting, market research, information analysis, business intelligence, or economic analysis.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Quantitative and qualitative data analysis.
  • Intermediate English (B1) preferred.
  • Reside within a reasonable commuting distance of the assigned office.
  • Be available to work on-site.
  • Demonstrate an interest in building a long-term career with LOGAN Valuation, with an expected commitment of three (3) years or more.
