About the Role
The Market Intelligence Analyst – Real Estate supports strategic decision-making by collecting, validating, structuring, analyzing, and visualizing real estate market data. This role is responsible for developing analytical models, dashboards, and executive reports that improve the efficiency of the Market Intelligence team and reduce reliance on manual processes. The position works closely with regional projects and internal stakeholders, transforming complex data into meaningful business insights that support clients and executive leadership. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, validate, clean, and structure data from multiple internal and external sources. 
  • Analyze real estate market trends, macroeconomic indicators, and business opportunities. 
  • Design dashboards, KPIs, and analytical tools using Excel and Power BI. 
  • Prepare executive reports and high-impact presentations for internal and external clients. 
  • Monitor key market indicators and identify relevant trends affecting the real estate sector. 
  • Identify opportunities to automate and improve Market Intelligence processes. 
  • Support market research projects, field visits, and primary data collection activities when required.

COP $2,200,000 – $2,500,000 per month

On-site | Monday to Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.; Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

  • Bachelor’s degree or final-year student in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration, International Business, or other quantitative disciplines. 
  • No mandatory certifications required. 
  • Training or coursework in Power BI, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Data Visualization is considered an asset
  • 0–2 years of experience. 
  • Experience in data analysis, business intelligence, market research, economic analysis, planning, or related analytical functions. Relevant internships and academic projects will also be considered. 
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, PivotTables, Power Query, data cleansing, and database analysis). 
  • Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint for executive presentations. 
  • Intermediate Power BI for dashboards and data visualization. 
  • Data analysis and applied statistics. 
  • Knowledge of the real estate industry is desirable. 

English (B2 minimum – required). 

  • Reside within a reasonable commuting distance of the assigned office. 
  • Be available to work on-site. 
  • Demonstrate an interest in building a long-term career with LOGAN Valuation, with an expected commitment of three (3) years or more.
