We are seeking a professional with experience in real estate valuation and financial analysis applied to real estate assets, capable of interpreting market variables, developing comparative analyses, and generating solid valuation conclusions for institutional clients.

The position offers exposure to regional projects, technical-financial analysis, and valuation processes within a dynamic and analytical environment.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop financial and market analysis for real estate valuation processes.
  • Prepare complete, accurate, and technically solid valuation reports while meeting internal standards and deadlines.
  • Build and maintain databases related to sales, rents, costs, and market comparables. § Analyze market trends, economic variables, and financial information to support valuation conclusions.
  • Participate in market research, comparative analysis, and valuation support processes.
  • Support the development and review of financial models applied to real estate assets.
  • Conduct property inspections when required by the project.
  • Prepare support and control documentation (Market Trend Reports, Checklists, databases, and internal reports).
  • Maintain constant communication with internal and external clients to ensure compliance and satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on valuation methodologies, market trends, and industry standards.

Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or related fields within the financial/economic area.

  • Active membership in the College of Economic Sciences of Costa Rica (mandatory requirement).
  • Additional training in real estate valuation, financial analysis, or real estate is desirable.
  • Active digital signature (desirable).
  • Between 2 and 5 years of experience in real estate valuation, financial analysis, research, real estate consulting, or market analysis.
  • Experience in valuation firms, real estate advisory firms, real estate consultancies, or corporate environments serving institutional clients will be highly valued.
  • Experience in comparable analysis, market research, and technical reporting is desirable.
