The focus of this position is analysis – primary research for the use in valuation reports, including comparable sales, and market dynamics. Elaboration and revision of valuation reports, on-time delivery of work products, and interaction with customers.
- To monitor the market according to the specialization, create databases with more extensive market information in the real estate and commercial appraisal areas, and maintain an updated database (sales, expenses, costs, rentals)
- To collect and analyze documents and information for the description and valuation of both the physical aspects and the location area, including its legal and regulatory status.
- To investigate all the aspects required to produce the necessary reports or assessments.
- To review cost analysis, income comparisons, and other variables to arrive at an accurate value conclusion.
- To conduct inspections (domestic travels).
