Cristina has worked with Logan Valuation since 2014, over time she has acquired knowledge in the different types of valuations, always with ethics and confidentiality.

Her experience of 6 years as a loan officer and real estate broker in the United States allowed her to know the real estate and appraisal activity at an international level. She is currently RAA certified, and has taken national and international valuation courses.

As a senior appraiser she has performed different types of valuations including shopping centers, office buildings, industrial warehouses and land with development potential for corporate and independent clients, as well as being responsible for portfolios of some of the firm’s clients. Her duties include analyzing legal documents as part of the project due diligence process; compiling, processing, recording and analyzing cost, sale, rent, and expense data; measuring the rent generating characteristics of properties; and capitalizing the income stream at present value.
