Client Services Coordinator

Functions

The Client Services Coordinator will be responsible for efficiently managing the reception of client requests, preparing and sending quotations, tracking approvals, and scheduling production assignments. Additionally, they will ensure proper administrative documentation required by clients and maintain seamless internal and external communication. The main responsibilities include:

  • Studies or certifications in commercial management and sales will be considered a plus.

3 to 5 years of experience in administrative commercial management, including quotations, sales administration, and client management tasks such as report creation, database management, and process follow-up.
