Valuation Analyst

The focus of the position is the analysis, information gathering, and preparation of valuation reports, conducting necessary analysis to ensure the quality of deliveries, adherence to deadlines, and customer satisfaction. To achieve this, the following functions are performed:

• Prepare valuation reports.
• Monitor the market according to the specialty, create and maintain real estate sector databases.
• Collect and analyze legal documents to help identify and describe properties, sectors, urban planning regulations, and market information.
• Conduct cost analysis, market comparisons, and apply financial knowledge.
• Perform inspections (travel nationally).
